We all need to work extra hard this week to make the 5% cut off.  If   you haven't already met that goal, YOU CAN DO IT.  I need to try something   different in the coming months, I have hit a plateau. I need to change up my   exercise and will take advantage of the Y. Maybe a little swimming or water   workouts.  Good luck to everyone, see you on Saturday.
